Muhammad Hairulnizam bin Mohamed Dali is holding Marine Engineer 1st Class, CoC. (Motor/Steam) in 2007.  He has over 20 years of marine business exposure in fleet management and new building. 

He started in MISC Berhad as an engineer for 10 years and had served in the rank of Chief Engineer  in 2010 and had command the engine room for 5 years.  In 2015 he joined the  shore management team as Technical Superintendent to manage fleet operation of different vessels operating locally and internationally.

In 2011 he joined Fleet Management Ltd. Hong Kong and to date his career progression had led him to become the General Manager (Fleet) in  Integrated Maritime Management Pte (S) Ltd.

He manages various types of off shore vessels, cruise vessels including LNG tankers. Integrated Maritime 

Management (IMM) is a high­ tech global ship management company, combining advanced  technology and professional management services together, and utilize comprehensive cloud based online platform to provide safe ship management services to ship owners, while reducing costs, improving quality and operational efficiency.

Mohd Nordin is holding Advance Diploma in Chartered Institute Logistic & Transport Management (UK). He started with being a Radio / Admin Officer onboard MISC vessels in 1982 and had  sailed on LNG tanker.

For 5 years before opted to set his feet ashore as Manning Manager and Planner in Eaglestar Shipmanagement. 

During his tenure he manages over 50 MISC vessels of various types  and handling over 5,000 multi-nationalities 

crew. With over 35 years of working experience in the in the industry, he is an accomplished and seasoned crew manager who is highly conversant and updated in current requirements and regulations pertaining to the subject matter.

His reputation in handling crewing matters was impeccable especially upon his excellent successes involving crew in crisis such as negotiation for release of two hijacked MISC’s vessels in 2008 with 52 crew in Somalia and the incident involving tank explosion of Bunga Alpinia at Labuan in 2012.

Responsible for the overall Sea personnel functions to ensure a ready pool of competent and adaptable seafarers to support business growth and vessel operational needs.
